Frank Alexander de Boer has over 20 years of senior management experience in the asset management and banking industry. He was Board Member of Union Investment and Member of ING Investment Management’s Management Team Europe & Emerging Markets, responsible for asset management companies in Europe and Asia. As Country Head, Frank established Robeco Group in Germany. As CEO of cash.life, Frank assumed responsibility for the SDAX listed finance group and market leader in German Life Settlements. He headed product development, private and retail banking units at ING Bank. Frank completed a business study at the University of Utrecht (Netherlands) and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (USA) and WHU (Germany).

Rainer Ottemann has over 20 years of management experience in asset management and private banking. As Country Manager with KBC Bank Asset Management he established KBC in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and successfully developed business with banks, IFA’s and insurance companies. Before joining KBC , Rainer was Head of Portfoliomanagement with M.M. Warburg & Co. and Asset Manager with HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt. Rainer Ottemann started his career in finance 25 years ago as a management trainee at a large Savings Bank.
Managing Director/Head of Portfolio-Management & Institutional Business
Dr. Oliver Roll started his business career with R+V Insurance Company. As assistant to the CEO of a large life and pension insurance company, he knows the perspective of an institutional investor. As pension and investment consultant with Dr. Dr. Heissmann GmbH and Feri, he gained many years of experience as a strategy consultant. At Feri, his main responsibilites included distribution and client service for institutional investors. As Head of Bank Consulting he advised savings banks and others about their strategic asset allocation and optimization of treasury activities. With the British asset manager Threadneedle, as Head of Germany he was in charge of the institutional business. End of 2008 he started marketing a new web-based tender platform for the Rating agency Telos GmbH. Dr. Roll joined max.xs financial services AG in May 2010 and is Head of Portfolio Management and Institutional Business.
